 Dirk Petersen has worked intensively within HRM consulting for the last 25 years.He began his career as HR Manager and worked with various consultancy agencies for 15 years in the areas of organisational psychology and personnel management (GITP and PricewaterhouseCoopers).In 2001, together with Ben Holewijn he established NEWPEOPLE (www.newpeople.nl), a consultancy advising in recruitment, selection and career management. The focus of Dirk Petersen’s career has always been people within their chosen profession.

 Linda Gramberg has her roots in clinical psychology, and has built up a wide ranging experience of judging the suitability of employees for specific positions, determining the potential of employees and in providing guidance for their development or career choices. As a coach, she helps employees to actively take responsibility for their own careers, development and life. She achieved the above in her role as (associate) psychologist/consultant with amongst others SHL, Ebbinge and Boertien.
